    More of a tray than a mat. Which is clearly reversible!

    Right, looking in the brochure we have...

    3GD Reversible load floor. Boot floor can be removed and reversed to form a useful tray area with an easy-to-clean surface. Not available on quattro models. Not available on A3 3-door 1.6 TDI manual Standard

    and

    6SJ Reversible load floor mat. Luggage compartment floor mat can be reversed to provide a rubber mat which extends to protect rear bumper. Not available on A3 3-door 1.6 TDI manual Standard

    So I guess we have pics of both now. :icon_thumright:

    Look at the picture with the red suitcase in the boot - it shows the floor the other way around, giving a flat load space.
