    Hi all,

My name is Rob and I'm new to ASN, I have just aquired a 59 reg A3 2.0TDI (140) Black Edition, I have already retrofitted a RNS-E and CD changer, I now want to add bluetooth to it. I have been searching on ebay and can get the 8P0862335H version for £150, the latest 8P1 versions are around £250. I would be eternally grateful if someone could advise me on which version would be the best for my Audi and if theres anyone on here that can fit them within the Skipton area that would be an added bonus. :sos:

    Many thanks indeed!!

    Hi Mate,

that bluetooth Kit with the H is not bad, should fit the RNSE with no problems. the newer ones do the same function really.
What is the part number for your RNSE?

I have mentioned it to amar06fbr who should be in contact with you as he is just down the road in Bradford, and should be able to wire it up for you.

    Cheers

Yh that looks fine, plus the bluetooth kit looks good with the option to have SDS if your RNSE firmware supports it.

How would I find out if the RNS-E firmware supports it?

As my Audi has the Bose sound, I thought I'd have to swap the wire from pin 5 to pin 7 but it was a straight swap and it all works fine and dandy!! Anyway, if I buy that bluetooth kit, hopefully your man amar06fbr can fit me it for a good price then!!
