My brother in law has a 07 A5, I don't know a lot about them but I've been playing about with Audi's for some time now. I've been doing some searching but getting mixed results, there seems to be limited into on ASN and other forums seem to be less reliable than the knowledge on here.
It looks like he has the B&O MMI and can plug in SD cards for music, but would like to be able to use an AUX in.
To retro fit this is it just a case of getting the right AMI and then coding this in via VCDS? I've seen some posts on other forums on the need to update the actual stereo. Could anyone advise the best way to determine what version MMI he has and what version are compatible with an AMI we could retrofit and code in?
