Retrofitting AMI to RNS-E Media for DAB

Hi

Has anyone retrofitted the AMI to their facelift 8P S3?
I have a RNSE with the media button, and a CD chnager so no glovebox required
From what I understand you just need the 8P AMI unit and the quad adaptor cable set or is the wiring already in situ to take the AMI?

Trying to get DAB on the unit so looking to install the Dension DAB unit through the USB but need to fit the AMI first.

Yes I did the AMI retrofit. You need the retrofit cable as it's different to the cd changer one.
I got mine from Kufatec .
You will also lose the aux in, not that it'll matter!

I want DAB to. Is this the only way to get it properly? Do not fancy the antenna modulation kit.
My RNSE do not have the media button. Does this mean I need to upgrade the head unit to?

We supply/fit the ami system if interested.

Autodab is the only option, doesn't need the media button rns-e as it works on both versions, we supply/fit this aswell.

How do you get the dab signal? Via antena cable or via aux?
