Retrofitted folding wing mirrors to S3/8P

Hey guys, after my better half swiped my driver's side wing mirror off, I found a nice pair of electric adjust / heated / electric folding mirrors on fleabay. My original mirrors didn't have the electric folding option.

My question is can they be retrofitted with the electric folding function enabled and if so can a kind person please tell me how using the latest Ross-Tech VCDS setup?

Needs the door modules to make them fold of the switch, can't be coded to fold auto.

What years the car?

That's a shame. It's a 2007 model and as the mirrors were only £90 for the pair I thought I was getting too good a bargain.
Thanks for letting me know though. Maybe another trawl around fleabay for the modules may be in order since the mirrors were so cheap.
