Retro-fitting armrest - HELP!

Just managed to pick up a s/h armrest from ebay but it doesnt come with the mounting plastic ring thing which covers the hole you cut or the hole cutting template.

1) Does anyone have the part number for the plastic ring?
2) Can anyone lend me the hole cutting template please? I will obviously pay postage and return it ASAP.
