Hi folks,
It's been a while since I posted, cos it's been a while since I've had an Audi /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif The A3 1.8T had to go about a year ago, but I've just got myself an A6 1.8T Avant /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Anyway - it's a 2000 M.Y. A6, with drive-by-wire throttle.

I've seen the likes of Vagparts selling the stalk for cruise control, and it's the kind of job I'm quite happy tackling myself (my local VW specialist can help with VAG.com).

So - the question is... will I need any extra bits? Like the partial loom some people sell, for example?

I've had a good search here and on Audiworld, but most posts seem to relate to the A4 (so apologies if it's a stupid question, but I have looked!). I don't want to order the stalk, take the wheel/airbag off and then find I need an extra bit...

Thanks in advance - Nice to be back /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
Iain
