Retro Fit Alu Window Trim?

Is this possible?

I'm still hanging on to the hope that my car is going to repairable after it was hit by a van driver, but its looking more likely that it's going to be a write-off. Therefore I'm starting to look around at what's available for a replacement.

Mine has the aluminium window trim, which I really like and think makes a big difference to the look of the car. I don't however want this to restrict my options if I have to buy a new one, so wondering whether it's possible to have it retro-fitted.

I was told if you havent got it you cant fit it but i could be wrong.

Some 3 series peeps have had this done so cant see why it cant be done on the A4

Someone done it here before buit it is very expensive from what I can remember.
