Has anyone successfully negotiated a claim on an RVI policy...?
Just wondering the exact workings of this type of motor / GAP insurance.
When your insurance company says that it will source a new vehicle, how does it go about this...?
Is it as simple as them phoning up Audi and placing an identical order to your original spec, and they pay the dealer direct...?
Is it normal for your insurance company to provide a hire car for the 3/4 months build time...?
Obviously the policy wording is extremely vague and ambiguous.
