Q7 Replacement no Rear Engine Seal ? Labour hours

I have been advised that there is a minor oil leak identified in the Rear Engine Seal. I have reached out to QSTUNING in Haywards Heath and teybhave quotes me 10 hours of labour @80 Plus Vat an hour ?

Is that reasonable or should I get more quotations ?
