how easy is it to remove vinyl wrap? does it leave any residue?
Warm it up, should come off cleanly. May have a small amount of residue but that should clean off easy
as above make sure you warm it
hairdryer also depends on the type of wrap some **** stuff leaves loads
i removed some today and loads of sticky left over took me ages to get it off
so iv got the detailer comeing tomoro to get rest off.
sounds good, thanks for the replies
If your left with glue residue then Valet Pro Citrus Tar & Glue Remover is your friend...excellent stuff. I've removed viper stripes and business decals with this and it comes off no problem.
WD40 removes all sticky mess for muchos cheapness
Or lay kitchen towel over the residue, drop a small amount of white spirit on it, leave for 2 mins then wipe & it'll come straight off.
I can highly recommend Tardis tar and glue remover by Autosmart - I got mine from PolishedBliss - great for taking tar off the alloys as well
