REMOVING THE FRONT RINGS ON A3 SPORTBACK

HI GOT MY NEW BLACK RINGS FINALLY AFTER WAITING 3 WEEKS THE PROBLEM IS THERE A BASTXXX TO FIT

I HAVE UNDONE THE THREE BOLTS BY THE BONNET LOCK AND THATS AS FAR AS I GOT AFTER THROWING MY TEDDY

ANY IDEAS

ITS A 2010 MODEL DONT WANNA BREAJ THE CHROME BADGE OFF AS ITS GOING IN FEB

PLEASE HELP......

You have to take all the grille off if i remember correct because the badge has lugs on it and you have to open some lugs on the back to get it out,same idea as if your swapping the surround on the grille

I think you will have to take the grill off too, which means bumber removal to get at it. There is a thread somewhere that shows you how to do it. Searching for a black grill for mine which has been a mare as nobody does em apart from dealers as aftermarket ones have not been released for the late 8pa edition!

100% grille off! Which also means bumper off!

Unless you have small hands, its best to get the grill off. There are some lugs that need to be released and there isnt enough room to get to them unless you have small hands!
