removing S3 fog surrounds?

Hi all,

this question has proberbly been asked and answered somewhere before but .. i want to remove the front fog surrounds to have them painted but just wanted to check for any hints before i just yank at them i know the fittings can be stiff first time of and i dont want to go snapping and lugs??? Thanks

On my Sline just had to give it a hard pull and they came off. After the first time they ease up alot!

Just pull at them from the actual fog light surround circle and they just pop off.
