Removing lower steering cowl

    I removes the two screws underneath. Top is loose but bottom won't budge.

    I haven't done it for years, but itrings a bell that you have to move the steering column adjustor down and maybe unscrew something there.

    There is a hole but nothing seems to pinch it to unscrew.

    get a torch on the hole you will see what it is
