Before I start, I tried searching but no one seems to have had quite the problem I've got here.
I got all the tools and equipment needed to remove the standard unit and replace it. I put the removal keys into the slots, but I still can't remove the unit! I've tried pushing the keys outwards and inwards while pulling but the keys just come out again. I've tried getting a screwdriver in the sides too which I thought started to work but turns out that was just starting to pull the face of the unit off and not remove it. I don't see how I can get my hand in behind to push it out from the back either. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? I'm hoping it will be something simple and I'll feel stupid lol. Thanks in advance for any help!
