Removing a IPOD cable from a A3

Wanted to take the IPOD cable out of the A3 before giving it to Audi next week.
I pulled the head unit out and the wires go into this black connecter block.
They have the funny fishhook like connectors fitting into the block.

Anyone know a easy way of pulling these out. I tried a very small screw driver down each hole but the cables wouldnt pull out. I dont want to damage the black block because its part of the main head unit wiring loom.

I fitted the IPOD cable myself last year and remember plugging in all cables, they snapped into place with these fishhook style connectors.

I wouldn't mess with it those fiddly little connectors are not designed to be removed and reinserted. You may find getting them out knackers them.
