Removable towbar, bumper cut out alternative?

Hi, I'm looking to get a towbar on my 05 2.0 TDI quattro to transport my motocross bike. To keep the car looking good on weekdays I'm after a detachable one and I do not want to cut the bumper! I've seen a BMW that has a section of the rear bumper which can be removed to fit the tow bar then refitted when the towbar is removed so it looks like there is no tow bar there atall. So I'm wondering is there something similar available for A3's?

Yes mate you can buy the lower skirt from Audi, I did the conversion on my one and fitted a westfalia removable bar, if you search for my post on here there are photos.
