This has probably been covered a fair few times but I can't seem to find the answers I'm looking for.

I will shortly be in the market for a stage1 remap on my S4, and am trying to determine who to use. Now I live very local to AMD in Thurrock, but can't seem to find any recommendation for them on here? Do people steer clear of them for what ever reason or do they provide a good service. If should steer clear, where would you advise? I have no issue travelling if my car will be looked after, have heard a lot of good things about MRC?

    Thanks in advanced

Hi Todd, we are a fair way for you, but we have had happy customers travel a lot further! Vast majority of our work is custom, but we can do a Stage 1 map for you if you were to post the ECU.

    Thanks, Rick

I'm more of a fan of custom, but would it be that beneficial over a generic stage1 on a standard car? Also how long would you require the car for?

There is a fair gain even on the Stage 1 - if it was a diesel i'd say not much difference but it isn't!

We need the car for half a day for a custom K03 map.

I have heard & read many good things about rick. He has some very happy s/rs owners who are running his maps and making very good numbers with very smooth power graphs.
