Hey guys, looking for advice on remapping my s3. I was pretty much decided that I was going to go for giac at star performance, but I have taken notice that there is several people on the forum raving about shark which has me intrigued. I've done a bit of reading about them both which has in truth made it more difficult to decide. Both provide linear progressive power, which is what I'm looking for. I've had bad experiences with revo, so they're def out. Prob looking to get it done at the start / mid of next month, so still got plenty time to make up my mind. Has anyone here had experience of both that could give me any insights?

I'd prefer to deal with a reputable tuner who knows what they're doing, hence star were my first choice bring only 10 mins away from where I stay. Is there any shark tuners up near fife? I do like the idea of live road mapping which is why I'm drawn to shark... See what i mean... Can't bloody decide.lol

Any advice would be gratefully appreciated.

I have resurrected this post as my search has proved to be on the expensive side. I am looking to get a 1999 A3 TDi (red i) remapped somewhere in Fife and i have heard that Star Performance is a good place to go bur £299 for a re-map???

Has anyone had any other experiences of anywhere in Fife or a 50 mile radius or so? Also does it really improve MPG??!!
