remap advice for my mates a4

hello all

my mate has a 1.9 tdi 110 a4 b5, i think. He is after a remap for it but we dont know where would be the best for a remap

so my question is what kinda remaps are available out there for this model?

he rang one place up and they and they said they can remap this engine, not use wether that is because its not a PD engine??

any advice would be great
