Regal VF RSS S3 Build Thread..

    Jonny,

    Since cash doesn't seem to be too much of a problem to you, how about creating a Cayman RS as your next Project.

    ATB, Suspension, 400bhp+ - you can be responsible for convincing Porsche that their mid-engined platform is the best.

    You know what.. I was really close to buying a Cayman S, but I went for the Golf instead..

    I still have all of the plans for the Cayman, I may well try something like that.

    Stick a 4 litre 997 RSR engine in it.. haha (I wish)

    I was planning on going with a 997 GT2 front end, custom rear.. Would look mad, and be quick too..

    But its very expensive. Maybes when the price comes down a fair bit ill give it a go!

    I am going to but still under constraction. as soon as I finish I will collect all info and pictures and put it here all to gether. but still not quite done yet.

    Hi Dan.

    Another thread exhumed.

    Since this thread went dead,the car was sold to another ASN/VAGOC member,who kept it for some time before moving it on.

    JonnyC has pretty much left ASN,and VAGOC,having built up a TT-RS with the help of first Revo,then APR,to a very high standard,before moving on to a Nissan GT-R.

    The Golf R/S3 power stakes are also moving on.

    Mine is touching the 500bhp mark,and a very good friend whose build standards are simply amazing,is well into the 600's on pump fuel.

    I'd be honoured to get close.
