Hi!
And I mean scotch locks!

Hopefully over the coming weekend I will retrofit facelift LED rear lights to our A3 8P and I've got the looms etc. already sorted. Part of the job will involve getting power from the rear licence plate light wiring and given that I don't have a solder and I don't want to butcher the cables, a scotch lock seems to be a reasonable tradeoff (I will need to two one for each side).

Question is, which one would be the best fit for the type of wire Audi uses? Additionally the scotch lock I've seen (or at least the ones that bothered to mention) on eBay are 15 watt max. Do I need something that's beefier?

Thanks!
