I would just save your money and not bother....

If you must just get an updated panel...

As Edition says...Get a panel filter especially in hot and dusty Cyprus :)

But surely i will not receive the same performance from a panel filter as an induction kit ? ( just for my own clarification why would a panel filter be best ?) thanks :)

Its very unlikely that your stock filter on a 1.4 is restricting power. A pipercross panel filter is cleanable so has a advantage over a paper filter.
an induction kit will give you a sporty noise but little more.

Forge Twintake for the 1.4TSI looks nice. Not sure how much power gains, but the cost might scare you off though.

don't think its worth spending any money on tuning this engine other then a remap tbh.
induction kit will be ++£££ for little gain.

Well im looking to do as much as i can as im going to have it for a few years before i can move onto an S3 as im only 19 so the insurance on this isnt so bad, so for the time being i have to make the most of what i got...how much gain am i likely to get from the REVO...

don't think that you'll get more than 30 hp. But its woth doing ; ) I had a custom remap done, will try to make an acceleration video today for you to see the difference.
