rear wiper upgrade (in sub zero temp)

thanks to my missus slipping on ice and saving herself by grabbing the rear wiper I decided to change to an aero wiper instead. Unfortunately when the plastic of the wiper arm came off the soft metal ring that fits onto the spindle didn't want to come off so after an attempt with a mini blow torch

(attachment on my gas soldering iron) I ended up getting the dremel out. And in the absence of safety glasses.. Oakleys

New wiper on and a bit of frostbite later.. tadaa! sorry - ****** phone pics.


incidentally the new arm and blade came in at around £33 inc delivery from germany Audi A4 8E B6 B7 Aerotwin Scheibenwischer Heckwischer on eBay (end time 09-Dec-10 22:45:13 GMT)
