rear wheel bearing torque?

    Hi chaps, I have a noisy rear wheel bearing on my 1999 A4 tdi, can anyone tell me what the torque setting is for the bearing please?

    if its a FWD then its pretty much finger tight plus a little bit more. I tend to tweak it up until i can just move the thrust washer and thats usually plenty

    I am of the nipped up by hand and about 1/4 turn school of torqueness
