Can anyone please point me in the rigtht direction in looking for the rear washer pump in a '94 coupe? Mines not working and i'd like to minimise the number of interior panels I remove looking for it

    Cheers

In my 93 avant, it was in the boot, in a side panel that opened on the drivers side! Not sure if its the same for a coupe!

I know the washer fluid bottle is there but haven't noticed the pump. I'll go and check a bit later

Found it, hadn't realised the pump was attached to the washer bottle. a quick test with a multimeter confirmed that power was still getting to the pump when the switch was activated so i set about removing the bottle and pump, surprisingly awquad especialy with the bottle full.

Thats done now except for the pipe running up to the jet, how does this disconnect? I don't want to damage anything else taking it off

    Glad you found it!
Never removed the pipe myself, had a specialist replace that for me when I first got the car (Only had to pay for the rubber then), so wasn't worth messing around with!
Own a A4 instead now though, so couldn't even go check. Sorry & good luck

no worries, turns out to just be a push fit both into the pipe and the bottle, and e-bay found me a replacement pump for a very good price so it should all be sorted in a few days
