Rear wash wipe

my rear wash wipe has been fine for years but it now it seems to get blocked every few months is there a permanent solution for this?

If you remove the cover cap, the 2 pin squirter thingy comes off.Get a small bit of wire, i used some out of an extension lead wire and kept working it through the holes, both ways.
