Rear seat adjustment

Anybody know how to adjust the rear seat lock mechanism?

Currently one of the rear seats will not release, I can feel the mechanism moving when I push the lever but doesnt seem to go far enough. The only way I can put the seats down is to put a screwdriver through the back cubby hole and manually lift the clamp up.

Sounds like the locking bar isn't lined up correctly. Use an allen key to loosen it and then realign so it's central as the seat lock meets it.
