Rear quarter repair query

So I had bit of accident recently when putting my mountain bike on my roof rack, long story short it fell over scratching the roof and denting the rear quarter panel above the drivers door where the panel comes over and just below the rear window, it safe to say there was lots of colourful language at the time, just wondering if anyone has any ideas how much this is gonna cost to repair, I was considering selling it but I think ill struggle now! Cars is a 2006 3dr

get a dent guy to pull the dent, and a smart repair on the scratches. £200-300?

The ones below the window are creased slightly can the be fix for that or does that have to be bodyshop?
