Within work and looking at freinds car's,the past week i have found out on the 2 s3's and one tt ive looked at or worked on,all of them had broken, rear esp stability control droplinks, edit (headlight adjuster)might be worth everyone checking there's on all s3's tt's,it's conected the rear tie bar,and for some reason all break.mine broke.must be a design faught.
so when you do get five minuite have alook under the rear of your s3,left side at the tie rod bar,and i bet at least 40% of the s3's have these are broke,
i have done a simple fix on mine,i will post up pic's of how to do this, but first have alook and see if your's is broken!

You meaning the xenon headlight adjuster arm that connects to the lower tie arm?

Im sure it is dave, never seen anything else connected to the toe arms on s3 ive seen/worked on!

Yes thats the one, headlight adjuster not esp,the little drop link.

Yeah common as hell mate. Even more so when the cars been lowered.

I think these only break when people forget to undo them to change their rear springs, I can't see how else they would break unless they was seized?
