I want to do a rear electric window retro fit on my Pre-facelift B5.
Am i missing any thing from this list of bits i need?

Rear electric regulators.
Rear electric runners.
Rear door cards.
Rear electric buttons, plugs and wiring.
Drivers side switches for rear windows and safty switch.
Drivers door switch panel and plugs.

Is there a electric window control unit that needs to be replaced or added?

I've been searching and trying to find the answers to my own question but i can't find any thing.
I know some poeple have done it but I can't seem to find any information on this, no how to guide or parts thats needed.

I assume someone on here must have done it or know the answer.
any one? :)

you jumped forums then

your list is fine, would be ideal if you can find a complete breaker
pull out old harness then replace with new one, its plug n play

getting front door harness out is a pain as it plugs in in footwell, and obviously there loads of dismantling required to get everything in place

the 'control units' are built into window motors, the harness doesnt even go through fuse box, but has inline self resetting fuses

Not jumped as such.
More of a Time share. :D

Thanks for that.
I got most of the parts from TonyA4.
The only things I don't have coming is the cables and rear window bits.
I will be looking for a local breaker in the new year so I grab all the cables as one complete loom.
