Do you really need a wind back tool to change the rear pads, or can i use something else?

anyone any ideas?

Cheers

You can do it with some big grips and a plastic hammer but it takes ages, much better off with the wind in tool, takes seconds.

trying to avoid buying one! still works out cheaper though so might aswell !

I dont know the proceedure as i have never done it, but could you use a G-clamp to wind the piston back?

You can make one with an old socket, then just screw the piston in with a ratchet.
