I've got an annoying squeak on my 01 s3 and can't find where it's coming from! Please help!
It's only happens when on part throttle in any gear, like 5 cm on the peddle. Any more or less and it's not there. I can't replicate it when not moving and it sounds like it's coming from the wheel area?
It also only happens when warm, either due to weather or driving a while, it's also speed dependent and even does it on cruise control when the throttle would be at the same position.
I have replaced the following and it's still there:
New wheels and tires
New brake discs (didn't change pads)
New cv boots and cv joints cleaned x3
Any hints on where to look would be much appreciated.
