A friend of mine who was always going overdrawn has claimed back over £2k - fair play to him i say... i think he phoned them up and requested that they tell him how much he'd paid over the years in bank charges... according to the freedom of information act (i think) they are obliged to tell you. You can then aske for it back as the precedent has been set!
