re setting the service indicator

    Hello everyone.
    Just wanted to say hi to you all proud Audi Owners.
    Does any one know how to rest the service indicator on A4 2001. I know it can be done but not sure on how.

    Also does anyone know of some one they can recomend to sevive my audi in Aylesbury, Bucks.

    The procedure is in the manual (if you have it that is!), if not some nice chappy off here i'm sure will help you out :)

    I have my manual to quote from now!
    Mine is a 2003 A4 (B6 model)

    Switch off ignition
    Press the service button (spanner button) and hold down while switching on the ignition, the display should show one of these message "service in...... km or service"

    Press and hold down reset button (0.0) until the display shows "Service in.......km.......days or service"

    Note the display will switch out of reset mode if you do not press the reset button within 5 seconds.

    Hopefully that should do it.
