Rattling noise

I own a 2005 A4 estate 2.0litre, recently after a couple of long journeys from London to Glasgow I noticed a rattle coming from the front end of the engine, I initially thought it might be a pulley or my camshaft, but after having it in the garage over the past 2 days and having it stripped down completely there's been nothing found, i was told it could be my injectors? Its still is making this weird rattling noise. I'm stuck! Please help!

Hope you get it fixed soon, however making a short video of the noise it would help everyone to know little more about the car

2.0 petrol? Oil pump chain tensioner can break meaning the chain runs slack. Front crank seal has to be taken off to see it. Another wonderful plastic part.
