I had a major rattle when I ever went over a bump or unevan surface I went to my Audi dealers in Lancashire a few times they eventually replaced the seat frame and the drivers side door piller under warranty job done tho it did take some patience but keep persisting and all will come good I recorded the sound on my phone and played it back this may help as well.
