OK, I trawl the net regularly looking for a possible new car and it just dawned on me that I have never seen one like mine for sale or in the flesh nor have I ever heard of another.

I have seen plenty 2.8 quattro Sports and 2.6 quattro's but never another 2.6 quattro Sport

    Did Audi not make many?

i had thaught that all quattro models had the sport pack (steering wheel, seats, springs, ARB's) installed as standard, including the 1.9tdis and all the v6's

Nope, my old 2.8 Quattro did not have the sport suspension although it did get the trim.

    mental!
Seems a bit silly that they'd equip the car with the quattro system on the standard non-sport springs and arbs!

Yip, my mate had a 2.8q but no sport pack at all. Theres also a white (different white from mine, looks like Tipex lol) 2.6q up here and no sport pack too, sits way higher than mine.

    Mine is a 2,6L V6 Quattro Sport.

That's trim and suspension, my front and rear ARB's are RS4 items.

A pal of mine has a 2,6L V6 Quattro, but stock trim (flat seats and non-sport steering wheel).

His trim's leather though, and has the nasty fake wood trim.

So, not all quattro's had the Sport pack.
