Quuck question regarding display.

Just picked up my first audi a3 2.0 tdi se on a 04 plate.

My question is what should the digital display show? Mine seems to just tell you if a door is open. I should it not display mpg etc? If so do you have to press something to activate it?

if you have DIS theres a button at the end of the wiper stalk

You can scroll through the menu as far as im aware m8

Sound like the OP may have the economy dials with limited information on them.

I am sure the SE models all come with this...

looks like it does not have the mpg feature shame really like to know roughly how far I can get with what's in my tank! don't trust dials they seem to jump around too much.

AAnyone else have the non digital display? From reading the hand book it is just for warning lights. Should all these lights light up when you turn the edition like the others do on the cluster? I read in the book that if you hold in the little stick near the rev dial it should do some checks or messages. Mine does not seem to do anything.
