Quick help needed please! Another VAG prob

The Mrs has a 2000 vw beetle 2.0ltr petrol (automatic), she tells me tonight now its to late to do anything about it that the oil later beeped then flashed 3 times at her when she started it up earlier today.
I topped the oil up last week and the level looks the same tonight as it did after i topped it up.

So what does it mean for the light to flash 3 times and beep once, and is it something we need to worry about, or leave it to be sorted with the service i have it booked in for on the 9th May!!

Is it on idle its doing it? could be low oil pressure if the pump is failing.

Cheers mate, its as you start the car. Seems to then idle fine, i have it booked into a garage tmrw and she is not using it now until they have had alook at it. As most forums i searched on said 'low oil pressure'. So fingers crossed its the switch or sensor thats faulty and not the pump.
