Questions about bulbs and suspension

    I think i'm correct in saying the a3 2003 onward has a separate bulb for tail and braking.

    Thus, I need a single filament bulb. But is that 380 or 382?



    One more question, i searched the forum but couldnt find it,

    I have just bought 35mm spring/shock kit. Will my a3 end up looking this low? & I take it 10mm F and 15mm R is fine as far as spacers go? (i have 18" alloys)

    382 is a single filament bulb,i should imagine your car may not be as low as that but shouldnt be far off and would still look nice and also as for spacers i thought 10mm for the front and 15mm for the rear was too much for most drops on standard wheels but maybe incorrect but as this explains:http:/www.raceandroad.com/acatalog/Offset.html
    if your wheels are et35 then your putting a 15mm spacer on them thats moving the wheel and tyre 50mm towards the back arch or front wing
