I'm not saying take it on everything, just certain items. If i add up all the items i wish i had taken the cover on, i would not be out of pocket, becuase repairs for broken down goods or replacements for goods that can't be repaired would have cost more then the warranties put together. For example, i brought my laptop 3 years ago, i didn't take the coverplan. I had to buy a new laptop (£1000) the other week, cos old one was fuc*ked. The mousepad, speakers, volume control didnt work, the dvd rom drive was completly broken off etc. The repairs would have cost loads, so i just brought a new one. If i had paid £200 for coverplan, i wouldn't have had to shell out £1000 recently, becuase the coverplan would have covered it. So thats a £1000 saved straight away.
