I use the gliptone twins, Cleaner and conditioner.

Clean the seats with warm water using a fine leather brush & a cloth/microfibre make sure u get into all the stitching and creases.
I then dry them off with a microfibre.

Next up use the cleaner on the seats as in the above step make sure u get everywhere, less is more and make sure its all rubbed in.
i then try to make sure the inside of the car is kept warm so the seats are warm. Direct sunlight is a good option. leave that for around a hour or 2.

Then remove all residue away from the seats ready for the conditioner.

Next step is the conditioner, apply it to the seat as before and make sure its all rubbed in.
then allow it to soften the seat overnight then in the morning remove any residue if there is any left over.

Hope this helps mate, It's the way i do it and assume others do to. Brings the leather up as good as new and has the lovely smell again.

Cheers,
steve
