Problem with Roof

Hi just a slight problem, After work i tried to put my roof down as it was nice and sunny!! and it was half way through the roof cycle and stopped, And i had to manually put the roof back in, I then checked the fuse etc all was ok, any ideas before i take this baby to the dealer!! :-ermm:
