Posting pictures

How do I post an actual picture on here ?
I've uploaded pictures to Photobucket, but I only get a url to the picture and not the actual picture when i post ?

Hit the

icon when you're posting a new message, and a pop-up box will appear. Paste the url to the picture in that box ..... and all should be good!

Alternatively, type

after it ... should do the same thing.
