Post pics of your B8 A4/S4...

Hello , just looking through some photos of nice mods, can you tell me how you done / got your rear lights from 2012, A4 B8 Avant Black Edition

Hi mate lights are tinted with a rear tint spray

Removed them tinted them and refit

To ebay! also looking at getting some sort of plastic honeycomb similar to the grill to make up my own honeycomb style fog surrounds, some of the guys on audizine have "diy'ed" they own fog surrounds and had some quite good looking results

Finally got some coilovers fitted, what a sh1t job that was! looking much better now though. Grill and splitter to come next. Then that will have to do, baby number 2 taking priority.

Still working on the production prototype for something similar

I'm sure whatever you produce will look massively better than whatever i can coble together in my dining room, just need something to tide me over until yours are released! i have seen OSIR sell carbon fibre ones now, but if i remember correctly they're around the £400 mark and that's without shipping...

...or +20% tax!
Quite a fine mesh on those too - probably better for stopping the stones, but not so good at matching up to the styling of the RS4 grills.
...but they are at least available today (unlike mine!!)

Is it possible to remove these to clean them? Tried to take mine off but they are solid, unsure if this is because they don't come off or because they are so tightly on?

I've not done it, I believe it's possible with a bit of brute force.

See this thread which has some members who had done this http://www.audi-sport.net/xf/threads/these-******-exhaust-tips.317877/page-2#post-2969696

Luckily I monitor IAT's etc & my home build chargecooler system works as well as (if not better) than the commercially available ones

Difficult to tell in pics buddy but I believe it will look good if you have other trim in the same colour as well. Check @chop build plans and see what he has done and maybe along those lines.

To be honest the RS4 mesh grille looks really nice, I'd suggest you go for that. Makes the car look mean!

This is my new motor. Was my Grandads before me. 2012 2.0 tfsi Quattro S-Tronic, he's bought a Q3 and was kind enough to give me first refusal of what the dealer offered him. Very pleased with it. Gave it a machine polish with PoorBoys Black Hole Glaze and two layers of Blue PoorBoys Nattys Paste Wax.
