This is my a3, had it nearly 2 years now and love it to bits. It's a 2002 1.9tdi 130 with a few handling mods.

What do you think?

Cheers

Hello! I'am from finland, and here are some pictures from my s3.

Pictures are bit old, but better than nothing. :)

There are still to come few things;

-Silver mirrors.
-Plastidip to front grill(Black).
-Yellow Lamin-X to front fog lights.
-New wheels for summer.

The last two pictures "Avus wheels" are my winter wheels, and those black 18" ATP wheels where just sold. :)

Looking good jardo, surely thats the worlds longest dv relocation kit? Haha.

Thanks dude :)

Yeah it's pretty huge, but it does the job. The brass joiners are solder joint radiator elbows haha.

Doing away with the catch can next week and venting to atmosphere/the road which will tidy things up a fair bit. Just so many hoses and wires and stuff; but it's inevitable on a 1.8t :(

Unfortunately like you say, you can try and tidy the bay up but no matter what theres always something left you don want.

So look alot tidier without the catch can, you putting a filter on the end and running down near the sump or to the rear of the car like me and westy etc?

Yeah, plan is just to run it down and zip tie it to the steering rack bracket and put a small filter tucked in under the current T piece.

I can't believe how much rubbish and gunk gets clogged into the pipes, pretty much all of my driving is stop start cold driving to work, so it needs to be done.

Be careful if you put it their mate, i had mine their before relocating to the back ofthe car due to the smells in cabin, i do have the bonnet run strip removed though so gases where working their way up to the pollen filter area.

your going to vent the catch tank to atmos rather than the TIP or you are completely removing the catch tank and venting the block and head directly to atmos?
