My 02 S3..
^^ gorgeous colour, never seen that before but it suits it so well!!
heres some of mine just quick ones...
and my ring trip august 2010...
bad focus though
Are those genuine 17" Alloys? or reps?
18" Genuine RSTT's
Really nice Ian!!
Are you located in Cheshire somewhere? I know it says Merseyside but I'm sure I spoke to you about your red S3 back in Jan 2008 when I was looking to buy on?
I am in Merseyside but im only down the road from Chester so you could probably class it as either really, I know alot of the posh people call it Cheshire lol
I'm really sure it was you. It was absolute red with black leather and 118k. It was a close call between yours and a facelift model in Sheffield which I eventually bought because I ripped the blokes arm off (he needed to sell it due to divorce). At the time I was looking to buy one you were going on holiday?
Wouldn't of been me then mate, mine was on 113k when I sold it in July !
is your car for sale on pistonheads?
sad times. gorgeous colour, looks tidy
Well i've had no interest for the two weeks its been on so i'm sort of not expecting it to sell !
Don't mind keeping it, just costing me way to much in fuel
i know how you feel! its probably because purple is a brave choice for people.
Who knows mate, red one was a nightmare to sell aswell.
Im not going to be drastically dropping the price anytime soon though so i'll just see what happens.
heres a recent pic of mine
that looks bad ass! love the way the lights look so dark
^ Loving that.
danny you've bin practising on photoshop havn't you! lol. they are some good pics mate!
its weird i prefer the old grill badge to the new one, i might change.
red one looks sweet on those wheels, get it slammed a little bit!
cheers guys yeah i know it needs to go lower, its standard at the moment and all the suspension needs work on it anyway, but these wheels popped up first and i couldn't let them go
few better ones to follow
nice wheels^, how much did you lower it?
nice imola! what suspension do you have there??
does anyone think wheels like that would suit my ming blue? im unsure!
hahah your right i have been practicing with photoshop lol,
im loving them wheels, i think they would look good on any car

Thats a very nice S3. You been a member since 2007 and thats your first post, where have you been lol.
You have done some very nice mods to your car and you should share your knowledge and experience with everyone.
LOL I know I'm very ashamed at myself, here are some more pics to redeem myself.
I rebuilt the engine at 90K miles and this is what I found after I took the head off (Only run on optimax/Vpower and oil changed every 3k)
Glad I was upgrading things cus the turbo flange had a nice crack in it as did the oem manifold, didn't cause me any problems though as car was driving faultless prior to me stripping it.
AGU head purchased and old bam parts transferred, new valve guide/stem seals etc.
Head & manifold painted.
Staggering the new rings (I was impressed the pistons were in near perfect condition and you could even still see the cross hatch on the cylinder walls after 90k miles, The engine has never required top ups)
New oil pump
Yellow S3 is stunning.
hello guys, im new here, just thought id post up my audi quattro turbo sport (nothing special im afraid)
here is my 1998 a3 1.8T

Heres A Recent One Of Mine..
thought id stick up a picture of mine, i came on here tonight to find info on replacing the thermostat ( which i found ) anyway its another yellow one
are they r32 alloys? they look really good
yes they are only replica ones, 8 x 18 and et35, the only down side is the diamond cut lip has already started to corrode and the wheels are only about 14 months old so a refurb will be due soon, probably be painted vauxhall star silver 1 as it looks good and very bright.
im not sure what et the vw wheels are but im sure they would look better as they look to have a deeper inset.
