NO , you by law also need self levelling head lights so as not to dazzle the f**k out of all the other law abiding citizens on the road along with headlight washers !

ahhh i spoke to tuffty regarding the auto level and head light washers and he said it should be fitted as standard as apparently all s3's have xenon already at 4300k ? thanks for the help basil

yes they do to be legal !
however you cant go over 70 mph and stay legal however ive heard some do

Yes mate, don't remember if your is H1 or H7 bulb fitment, you already have Xenons, so maybe you just need brighter HID bulbs?
