Possible oil leak?

Hi everyone just after a bit of help. I seem to have what appears to be an oil leak after the car has been run out then is stood up parked. Funny thing is ive checked the oil level and it hasn't moved so what else could it be? There does seem to be some on one of the pipes on bottom of the car but cant see the leak.

Any help is much appreciated cheers
